Fantastic painting job, it's wonderful!
I got some crits:
-The character looks out of place since the it has this bold outlines plus, I think the same as Sakura-Dust: a serene looking character would work better.
-The trees and the grass don't fit with eachother...it seems you used the default ps brush then paint it over it and the placed the tree, don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about it, it's just that the tree looks way too good for the grassfield.

Overall, it's an outstanding wallpaper.

Well, actually they aren't downloading any image...they are just enlarging it. As JetKrazy said, they won't see it at the real resolution.
Still don't know why Minitokyo added this new feature...and it's surely unfair, of course.

First of all, you have to read the Support Section. I'm sorry, but it's very clear you haven't since you submit wallpapers you didn't create. This is called ripping, and as far as I know, is not allowed at Minitokyo. I suggest you to delete as soon as posible, unless you want a mod to warn you.

The new version looks fantastic!
But the cliff over there looks a little too sharp, plus there are too much birds. They look repetitive.

I love the simplicity of this.
The vectoring and painting is gorgeous, maybe you should fix the lighting. Here's a tutorial ->Rev. Apparel , also the border of the wallpaper is way to big.
By the way, what's the resolution of your wallpaper?

Uhmm, it looks quite well.
The problem is that the scan you used doesn't blend with the background, I mean, look at the colors of the scans and the background. They doesn't match at all.
Oh and by the way, the resoution doesn't fit MT accepted resolutions.

As for the background, I would go for a daytime sky, since the wall looks so bright.

Ahh...yeah, the moon: I think that it's waaaaay too real :S Maybe some painting would do the trick.

For the background maybe a starfield.
